This policy enters into force from the 1st of June 2026.
For participants that have registered to our courses before the indicated date the policy shared during registration process will be applied.
For bookings cancelled twelve or more working days* before a course starts, applicants will be liable to pay 25% of the course fees. As an alternative, HUMCAP can offer to transfer 90% of the remaining amount to an alternative course organized by the company.
For bookings cancelled three to eleven working days* before a course begins applicants will be liable to pay 80% of the course fees. As an alternative, HUMCAP can offer to transfer 90% of the remaining amount to an alternative course organized by the company.
For booking cancelled less than three working days* before a course, or after a course has started no refund or transfer of value will be provided.
Reimbursments will be ensuered within 30 days.
*working days are considered five days a week from Monday to Friday
