For bookings cancelled ten or more working days* before a course starts, applicants will be liable to pay 20% of the course fees. As an alternative, HUMCAP can offer to transfer 90% of the remaining amount to an alternative course organized by the company.
For booking cancelled one to nine working days before a course begins applicants will be liable to pay 75% of the course fees. As an alternative, HUMCAP can offer to transfer 90% of the remaining amount to an alternative course organized by the company.
For booking cancelled less than 24 hours before a course, or after a course has started no refund or transfer of value will be provided.
Reimbursments will be ensuered within 30 days.
*working days are considered five days a week from Monday to Friday
